Outfit post - Purple rain

It's been rainy and gloomy weather for the past couple of days
and of course my mood goes well with it...
Still fighting this annoying flu + the little one has caught
some badass ear infection, so that doesn't make things prettier :P
This outfit is one of those which I'm hoping to wear sometime
soon and that means that I hope for much warmer and sunnier
weather as well!

Children's show last weekend was awesome and we had
lots of fun. My friend came along with us and for one and
half hours we all felt like children again :)

I'm thinking of going to see my all time favorite movie
Titanic in 3D. Has anyone been to cinema to check it out?
How was it?
Oh, who am I kidding, I'm going to buy tickets right now :)

Outfit post - Back home

As post title says, I'm back home from our Croatian
holidays.
I've been sick for days now and it sucks, but I did
managed to run some errands and take these outfit
photos :)
I would like to show you my new black blazer which
I have bought in Croatia.
It's so perfect and I have fell in love with it since
the moment I saw it. It's very classy, sophisticated, yet
so rock n'roll, depending on how you style it :)
Because of the ruffled and asymmetric back it gives me
a pirate feel too :)))

I'm off now to get ready to go out with my little family.
There's a children's concert this evening and since
it's my daughter's favorite band playing, it will be
a lot of fun I'm sure!

My iPhone photo diary

I had two really nice weeks here in Croatia, but today
is my last day of this vacation and we're going back
home to Finland tomorrow afternoon.
It was nice to have a break from Helsinki life for these
past two weeks and spend some quality time with my
mom and siblings.
I feel very melancholic, but I'll be seeing them soon later
this Summer so no need for sadness :)

Isabel Marant Paris Fashion Week 2012

One of my favorite designer names and one collection
that somehow got lost/ left behind in my reporting about
the fashion weeks and new designer collections for
Fall/Winter 2012.
To correct this "mistake" I'm now posting my favorite
pieces from the runway!
Perfect glamorous rock n'roll pieces walked down the runway
and for sure they will make every girl feel and look like a
rock queen!

Spring cleaning

It's the perfect time of the year to get rid of all the old, unused, broken,
etc. things and clothes that you don't need. I have to do this right away when
we come back home from this trip since I have couple of things
that I want to get rid off and rearrange some spots in our apartment.
I would suggest you to not have "mercy" on anything that you've
been putting away for so long and not having time/ will to deal with.
If you have things that are broken, haven't used them for a very long
time or so, either take them to the trash bin or donate them.
You will feel much lighter and happier :)
Don't forget to spring clean your mind as well... If you know what
I mean.

Outfit post - Friends will be friends

Hello my sweet readers!
I've been enjoying nice and sunny weather for the
past couple of days. Every morning I went to the farmer's
market to stack up my fruit basket with lots of fresh oranges
which I've been overdosing with since I've arrived here!
One of the best parts of every trip to Croatia besides spending
time with my siblings is the time I get to spend with my old,
long-time friends and that's what I've been doing for the past
three days.
Yesterday we went to another city near by to visit my friend
and her newborn baby boy! He's sooo cute!!
We ate at one of our favorite restaurants and the food was
just delicious.
Today was the day reserved for my two old school mates and
great friends. Oh I wish there would be more days like these
throughout the year...
